To plan, organize, direct and control efficient and effective overall dealership operations, ensuring each department meets or exceeds sales objectives while maximizing profitability, remaining within predetermined budgetary guidelines. Ensures all staff members are dedicated to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and productivity. Answering to CEO & COO.

5 Years Dealership Departmental Management Required
All facets of vehicular business practices, and Manufacturer's policies and procedures
Functional knowledge and demonstrated performance in all departments
